Today I am sharing a trio of cards using lots of My Monthly Hero stamps and dies add ons! The add ons are so, so good, y'all! My cards feature simple stamped and embossed backgrounds with all three of the new August Release Bold Prints Backgrounds (you're going to want them all, they're so awesome!), Copic Coloring Die Cuts (Bird House Fancy Die, Greetings From Stamp & Cut, August Word Fancy Die), and new stamped and colored images from the Lounging Pups Stamp Set! The August Word Fancy Die was die cut from smooth white cardstock and colored with Copic Markers in YG25, YG17, G28, E55, E57, YR31, YR23, R35, R37, R59, B34, and B37. The die was cut three more times from smooth white cardstock and stacked one on top of another before being adhered to the card as shown.

The 旋风加速器一天两个小时 image was stamped on smooth white cardstock with Hero Arts Itens-ified Ink and colored in with Copic Markers in R35, R37, R59, B34, B37, Y08, B00, and B01. The image was die cut with the coordinating Lounging Pups Die and adhered to the panel with foam adhesive.

A greeting from the Lounging Pups Stamp Set was stamped on Nautical Cardstock with 1.95加速器 and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The phrase was die cut with a Simon Says Stamp Nested Banners Die and adhered to the card.

GREETINGS FROM YOUR BIGGEST FAN CARD

The Destination Home Bold Prints Background was stamped on Hero Arts Mist Cardstock with Hero Arts Embossing & Watermark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The background was trimmed to 4" x 5 1/4". The edges were inked with Sea Salt Reactive Ink and Blue Hawaii Reactive Ink to soften the edges. The panel was adhered to a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" panel of Hero Arts Nautical Cardstock.

The Greetings From Stamp & Cut Die was die cut from smooth white cardstock and colored with Copic Markers in R35, R37, and R59. The die was cut three more times from smooth white cardstock and stacked one on top of another.

The 1.95加速器 images were stamped on smooth white cardstock with Hero Arts Itens-ified Ink and colored in with Copic Markers in E53, E55, E57, B34, B37, YG25, YG17, R35, R37, and R59. The images were die cut with the coordinating Lounging Pups Die.

Another phrase from the Greetings From Stamp & Cut Die was stamped on Nautical Cardstock with Embossing & Watermark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The phrase was die cut with a Simon Says Stamp Sentiment Labels Die and adhered to the card with foam adhesive.

The Lounging Pups Stamp Set images were adhered to the card as shown. The die cut greetings was adhered and adhered to the top of the panel.

The design was finished with crystal clear heart accents.

BIRD HOUSE CARD

The house and stand were both die cut three more times from smooth white cardstock and adhered one on top of another. The bird house and bird were assembled and adhered to the card as shown.

Magic Iris Camera Beach Scene Card (Lawn Fawn)

Hello friends! I am so super excited to share this fun interactive beach scene card featuring all kinds of awesome dies from Lawn Fawn and showcasing the brand new Magic Iris Camera Add On! If you're crazy about the original Magic Iris from Lawn Fawn you're going to love this latest add on! It turn the Magic Iris into the most perfect camera! I decided to turn this camera into a fun beach scene that is not only on the camera but continues when you open the iris. So much fun!!!

A background was created from Hero Arts Arctic Cardstock trimmed to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Ocean Waves Stencils were used to ink the background with 每天免费1小时加速器. A border was die cut from Dolphin Cardstock using a Stitched Simple Wavy Borders. The edge was inked with 旋风加速器一天两个小时 and adhered to the wave background.

THE CAMERA BACKGROUND

The Magic Iris Camera Add On and Magic Iris Camera Pull-Tab Add On were die cut from Lawn Fawn Storm Cloud Cardstock, Hero Arts Arctic Cardstock, and Lawn Fawn Dolphin Cardstock. The pieces of the camera were cut apart. The dark gray piece was stamped with greetings from the Ocean Shell-fie Stamp Set using clear embossing powder and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The blue strip was inked with 1.95加速器 using Fish Tank Ink. A border was die cut from Dolphin Cardstock using a Stitched Simple Wavy Border and inked with 一天一块加速器.

Images from the Build-An-Aquarium Dies (fish, bubble, seaweed, and sand castle), Palm Trees Dies (palm tree, coconuts, crab), Hammock and Trees Dies (palm trees, coconuts, hammock), and Shadow Box Card Ocean Add On (shell) were die cut from smooth white cardstock and colored in with the following Copic Markers:

Palm trees: YG25, YG17, G28, E55, E57, E59
Coconuts: E55, E57, E59
Fish: YR31, YR23, YR27
Bubbles: B34
Seaweed: YG21, YG25, YG17
Hammock: E55, E57, B34, B37
Crab: R35, R37, R39
Sand castle: E53, E55, E57
Shell: YR31, YR23, YR27

The images for the camera fit were adhered to the front camera scene.

The Magic Iris was die cut and assembled according to the video directions and adhered to the background.

THE INSIDE OF THE MAGIC IRIS

The fish, seaweed, and bubbles were adhered to the inside of the 每天免费1小时加速器. Nuvo Crystal Drops is Ebony were added to the eyes and Glossy Accents was applied to the bubbles.

Happy Saturday! I've got a fun stencil + watercolor technique for you today that features a beautiful little vellum window over the top of the background as to still showcase the background behind. I'm using the 每天免费1小时加速器 with Distress Oxide Ink and Karin Brushmarker Pro Markers to create my own custom background! Let's get started!

THE BACKGROUND

To create the background the Poppy Bouquet Stencil was temporarily adhered to a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" panel of Canson Watercolor Cardstock with Pixie Spray. Antique Linen Distress Oxide Spray was applied with a blending brush and the stencil removed.

Karin Brushmarker Pro Markers in 051 Orange Red, 213 Cocoa, and 281 Olive Green were used with a Medium Water Brush Pen to paint over the stenciled design! I love how this gives a watercolored stenciled look so quickly and easily!

The Thank You Background was stamped over the stenciled + watercolored design with Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide Ink.

The background was die cut with a 旋风加速器一天两个小时 and then adhered to a white side fold card base. The frame die cut with an A2 Thin Frames Die and adhered over the background to give it an elegant "framed up" look.

THE SENTIMENT

A vellum rectangle was die cut from vellum using a smaller Basic Rectangles Die. An 一天一块加速器 was die cut from gold mirror cardstock and adhered over the top. Not only does this give an elegant look but it's a great place to hide adhesive when adhering to the background panel.

Alphabet letters from the Rounded Alphabet Small Dies were die cut from gold mirror cardstock and adhered to the vellum rectangle to spell the word, "thanks".

A greeting from the Window Frames Stamp Set was stamped on smooth white cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder before being die cut with a Nested Banners Die. The banner was adhered with foam adhesive below the die cut greeting.

A Trinity Stamps Coffee Bean Heart was adhered below the banner.

Hello friends! I love a good surprise inside a card, don't you?!!! Today I'm sharing how to create this inside fairy spinner showcasing the Simon Says Stamp Fairytale Spinner Stamp and Die Set! Not only is the card front a darling little fairy scene but when you open up the card there's a surprise inside with a spinning fairy! All the stamped images and greetings are from the Fairytale Spinner stamp set. I love keeping it easy like that! Let's get started!

THE CARD FRONT

The card base was created by trimming Hero Arts Arctic Cardstock to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and scoring in half at 4 1/4".

A piece of Hero Arts Mist Cardstock was trimmed to 3" x 5 1/2" and stenciled with the Simon Says Stamp All The Clouds Stencil and 旋风加速器一天两个小时. Once the ink was dry, a sentiment and "sparkles" from the Simon Says Stamp Fairytale Spinner Stamp and Die Set were stamped over the panel with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with silver embossing powder.

Lawn Fawn Cilantro Cardstock was die cut with a Simon Says Stamp Grassy Edges Die to create two borders, inked with Simon Says Stamp Teal Ink, and adhered along the bottom edge of the scene as shown.

A piece of smooth white cardstock was trimmed to 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" and a Simon Says Stamp Scallop Stitches Die was used on both long sides to add detailing. The stenciled panel was adhered to the white strip.

A fairy, butterflies, and flowers from the Simon Says Stamp Fairytale Spinner Stamp and Die Set were stamped on Bristol Smooth Cardstock with Lawn Fawn Jellyfish no line coloring ink and colored in with the following Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers:

Fairy: Beige, Flesh Colour, Pale Pink, Mustard, Pale Yellow, Light Blue, Blender, Bright Yellow, Yellow

The images were die cut with the coordinating Simon Says Stamp Fairytale Spinner Dies and adhered to the scene strip to liquid glue or foam adhesive.

THE INSIDE SPINNER PANEL

Hero Arts Mist Cardstock was trimmed to 5 1/4" x 8 1/2" (just a 1/4" shorter on one side than a standard A2 card). The card was scored at 4 1/2" and then 2 1/4" from each side.

Once the ink was dry, a sentiment and "sparkles" from the Simon Says Stamp Fairytale Spinner Stamp and Die Set were stamped over the panels with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with silver embossing powder. This brings the design from the front of the card to the inside for a cohesive look!

The front and back of another fairy, butterflies, and flowers from the Simon Says Stamp Fairytale Spinner Stamp and Die Set were stamped on Bristol Smooth Cardstock with Lawn Fawn Jellyfish no line coloring ink and colored in with the following Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers:

Fairy (both front and back): Beige, Flesh Colour, Pale Pink, Mid Brown, Blue, Light Blue, Green, Yellow Green, Peach Pink, Sugared Almond Pink
Purple Butterfly: Dark Pink, Purple
Purple Butterfly: Light Violet, Pale Violet

The images were die cut with the coordinating Simon Says Stamp Fairytale Spinner Dies.

The floral images and butterflies were adhered along the bottom edge of the panel being sure to avoid any of the scored lines.

A piece of thin thread was adhered at the top and bottom of the circular opening using a nice, strong adhesive. You want to make sure the thread is nice and taut so that the image on the string will spin!

The string was sandwiched between the front and back fairy images using liquid adhesive.

Strong double side adhesive was placed along the two outer sides of the inside panel (see video) and adhered to the inside of the card. You want to make sure and avoid adding adhesive to that center pop up panel so that the card will pop open and the image will spin!

Magical Reveal Wheel Cards (Lawn Fawn)

Hello friends! I'm super excited to share a brand new trio of Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel Cards featuring the most recent release stamps, dies, and stencils! I absolutely love that Lawn Fawn keeps adding more incredible products to be used with the original Reveal Wheel! My cards today showcase the new Reveal Wheel Puffy Cloud Add On Dies, Reveal Wheel Unicorn Picnic Add On Dies, and the previously released Reveal Wheel Build A House Add On Dies. Let's get started!

THE CARDS

BUILD-A-CASTLE CARD

The Reveal Wheel and Reveal Wheel Build A House Add On Dies were die cut from smooth white cardstock and inked with Plastic Flamingo, Sugarplum, and Deep Sea inks. Once blended, the Cloudy Stencil was used to add clouds all over the panel with Yeti Ink. I love how the white ink softens the richly inked background. Liquid Stardust was splattered over the panel for a shimmery "star filled" sky.

Puffy Cloud Borders were die cut from smooth white cardstock and Pearlescent Vellum. The vellum border was adhered along the bottom edge of the panel. A sentiment from the Tiny Fairy Tale Stamp Set was stamped on the white cloud border with Sugarplum ink and the border was adhered to the bottom of the panel with foam adhesive.

The 1.95加速器 were die cut from 每天免费1小时加速器, Lawn Fawn Sugarplum Cardstock, Simon Says Stamp Doll Pink Cardstock, Lawn Fawn Woodgrain Neutrals Cardstock, Lawn Fawn Pearlescent Vellum, and Lawn Fawn Sunflower Cardstock. The Brick Stencil and Manatee Ink were used to add texture to the Fog Cardstock pieces. The castle was assembled as shown in the video above and adhered to the scene.

The images were die cut using the coordinating dies. The dragon, fire, and a knight were adhered to the scene as shown. The Reveal Wheel Build-A-House Template was used to place the Tiny Fairy Tale images on the Reveal Wheel turning mechanism.

The Reveal Wheel was assembled as shown in the video above. Lawn Fawn Blue Jay Cardstock was trimmed to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and die cut with a Just Stitching Double Rectangles Die to add interest to the border. A phrase from the Tiny Fairy Tale was stamped on the rectangle with Lawn Fawn Embossing & Watermark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The Reveal Wheel was placed on the background to finish the card.

UNICORN CARD

Greetings from the Unicorn Picnic Stamp Set were stamped with Sugarplum Ink.

The images were die cut using the coordinating dies and the Reveal Wheel Unicorn Picnic Add On Dies (for the unicorn reveal window). Some of the images were adhered directly to the background and some were adhered with foam adhesive for depth and dimension.

The Reveal Wheel Unicorn Picnic Template was placed over the Reveal Wheel turning mechanism and faces from the 一天一块加速器 were stamped with Black Licorice Ink and cheeks were stamped with 每天免费1小时加速器 Ink.

The Reveal Wheel was assembled as shown in the video above. Simon Says Stamp Lavender Cardstock was trimmed to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and die cut with a Just Stitching Double Rectangles Die to add interest to the border. A phrase from the Tiny Fairy Tale was stamped on the rectangle with Lawn Fawn Embossing & Watermark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The Reveal Wheel was placed on the background to finish the card.

Lawn Fawn Sticky Note Cardstock was trimmed to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and die cut with a Just Stitching Double Rectangles Die to add interest to the border. Christmas In July Santa Pup Card + Envelope (Simon Says Stamp Making the Cut)

For the card background, Simon Says Stamp Sea Glass Cardstock was stamped with the Outline Snowflakes Background Stamp using clear embossing ink and heat embossing with white embossing powder. 一天一块加速器 was blended over the stamped and embossed background for a bit of shading.

Borders were die cut from Audrey Blue Cardstock using the Dot Scallop Border Die. One border was placed at the top of the background and one adhered to the bottom.

EMBELLISHING THE CARD

For the sentiment, the Joyful Die was die cut from and Hero Arts Cherry Cardstock and smooth white cardstock. The die cut greeting was adhered to appear to be in front of the pup as if he's hanging over the title hanging on.

A phrase from the Tiny Words Christmas Stamp Set was stamped on black cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The phrase was die cut with a Nested Banners Die and adhered below the die cut word with foam adhesive.

Welcome to the Spellbinders July 2024 Clubs Inspiration Blog Hop!

Today I'm sharing a clean and simple glimmered hugs card with the July 2024 Large Die of the Month Club Kit, Does Your Garden Grow Alphabet, and the July 2024 Glimmer of the Month Club Kit, Illustrative Floral. In addition to the the kits I used the brand new Nestabilities Essentials Label Etched Frames to die cut the Glimmer of the Month design and a phrase from the More Sentiments Glimmer Collection to finish the greeting.

The July 2024 Large Die of the Month Club Kit, Does Your Garden Grow Alphabet was die cut from FSJ Watermelon Fusion Cardstock and the bottoms of each letter was inked with Simon Says Stamp Doll Pink Ink using a blending brush. The letters were adhered to the smaller label shape as shown.

The flowers from the July 2024 Large Die of the Month Club Kit, Does Your Garden Grow Alphabet were die cut from FSJ Bubble Gum Cardstock and FSJ Lemongrass Cardstock. The flowers were inked with the same blending brush as the letters without re-inking. The leaves were inked with Simon Says Stamp Evergreen Ink. The images were adhered to the die cut letters as shown

A phrase from the More Sentiments Glimmer Collection was foiled on FSJ Bubble Gum Cardstock with Magenta Foil. The phrase was die cut with the banner die included in the set and adhered under the die cut greeting with foam adhesive.

The card was finished with Nuvo Crystal Drops in Gloss White.

Hello, friends! Tall and skinny cards are all the rage right now and I am loving the new die collections from Mama Elephant that make scene building a tall and skinny card or a short and long card easy peasy! I'm using the brand new Slim Window Dressing Creative Cuts dies with the My Pet Kitties and My Pet Puppies stamp sets for super cute pet themed scene cards! Let's get started!

THE BACKGROUNDS

The scallop die from the Slim Window Dressing Creative Cuts Dies was die cut from Lawn Fawn Dolphin Cardstock and adhered to a 3 1/2" x 8 1/2" tall and skinny card base.

A 3" x 8" panel of smooth white cardstock was adhered to the background. The other rectangle die from the Slim Window Dressing Creative Cuts was die cut from smooth white cardstock and stenciled with Lawn Fawn Brick Stencil and Simon Says Stamp Stone ink.

The window frame was die cut from Lawn Fawn white woodgrain cardstock. The curtains were die cut from My Favorite Things Positively Peppy 6x6 paper. The background of the window was die cut from Lawn Fawn Dolphin Cardstock.

The window box, flowers, and butterflies were die cut from an assortment of cardstock, shaded with markers or inks, and adhered to the background scene as shown.

Grass was die cut from 1.95加速器 and inked with Green Apple I.

FINISHING THE CARD

For the kitties card the images from the My Pet Kitties stamp set were stamped on smooth white cardstock with Hero Arts Intens-ified Ink and colored in with the following Copic Marker color combinations:

The kitties and mice were die cut with the coordinating dies and adhered to the scene.

A greeting from the My Pet Kitties was stamped along the top of the card with black ink. A greeting from the Inside Birthday Messages was stamped along the grass with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.

For the puppies card the images from the My Pet Puppies stamp set were stamped on smooth white cardstock with Hero Arts Intens-ified Ink and colored in with the following Copic Marker color combinations:

Brown dog: E43, E44, E47
Spot dog: W00, W1, W5, W6, R00
Dachshund: W6, W8, E17

The dogs were die cut with the coordinating dies and adhered to the scene.

Greetings from the My Pet Puppies stamp set was stamped along the top of the card with black ink and stamped along the grass with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.

THE BACKGROUNDS

A card base for each card was created by trimming smooth white cardstock to 7" x 8 1/2". The card was scored in half along the 7" side so the finished card measures 3 1/2" x 8 1/2".

BUILDING THE SCENES

Clouds and sentiments from the Hello Sunshine 6"x8" stamp set were stamped on the background and border with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The scene was created with stickers from the Doodlebug Bar-B-Cute Mini Icon sticker sheets and Doodlebug Picnic Parade Shape Sprinkles.

The panel was adhered to the white top fold card base and paired with the Dandelion Slimline Envelope.

A sentiment from the Hello Sunshine 6"x8" stamp set was stamped on the border with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The scene was created with stickers from the Doodlebug Bar-B-Cute Mini Icon sticker sheets and Doodlebug Picnic Parade Shape Sprinkles. Another sentiment from the Hello Sunshine 6"x8" stamp set was stamped on black cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The phrase was die cut with a Simon Says Stamp Nested Banner Die and adhered to the card with foam adhesive.

The panel was adhered to the white top fold card base and paired with the Schoolhouse Red Slimline Envelope.

This label was adhered directly to the embossed background.

The Wedding Season Wedding Dress & Tux were die cut using Pearled Basics white and black cardstock, Lawn Fawn Pearlescent Vellum, and Brush Gold Cardstock. The images were assembled and adhered as shown.

The frame was adhered to the card with foam adhesive.

The Happily Ever After Sentiment was die cut from Gold Mirror Cardstock adhered to Fun Foam with Stick It Adhesive. The greeting was adhered over the dress and tux as shown.

A phrase from the Glimmered Wedding Wishes was foiled on FSJ Buttercream Cardstock with Polished Brass Foil. The phrase was trimmed into a thin strip and adhered with foam adhesive above the die cut sentiment.

Flowers and leaves from the 每天免费1小时加速器 were die cut from FSJ Buttercream Cardstock and Gold Mirror Cardstock and adhered at the middle top and middle bottom of the frame.
